Event Information

Forter’s IMPACT Conference creates the space digital commerce leaders have been asking for — a forum to connect, share best practices and hear how peers build great experiences across the customer journey.

IMPACT will take place at Convene at 225 Liberty St, New York, NY 10281 on Wednesday, October 11th.

Registration and breakfast will begin at 8:30AM. Content will start at 9:30AM and the conference will conclude at 5PM. There will be an evening networking event starting at 5PM walking distance from the conference venue

IMPACT attendees include merchants from around the globe representing apparel, beauty, digital services, food & beverage, hospitality and travel industries, and key roles including digital, eCommerce, finance, fraud, operations, product and risk management

The IMPACT agenda is designed for discussion. We’ll have a series of main stage sessions, breakouts and networking opportunities with expert advice on white-hot issues, including:

Registration Information

The Full Conference pass, you will get access to all main stage and breakout sessions, networking opportunities, the evening reception, breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day

When you register, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive or cannot locate the email, [email protected]

When you register, you will be asked to include any dietary needs or restrictions you have.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by 11:59 PM (EST) on Friday, October 6, 2023, to be eligible for a full refund, less a processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11:59 PM (EST) on October 9, 2023.

Yes, you can transfer your Full Conference pass to another person within your organization. Transfer request must be sent to [email protected]

Travel & Accommodations

We have secured a discounted rate of $285 (plus taxes/fees) at the Hotel Indigo: NYC Downtown – Wall Street.  You can book your stay here. Inventory is limited, the room block will close on September 19th.
