Event Information

Forter’s IMPACT Europe Conference creates the space digital commerce leaders have been asking for — a forum to connect, share best practices and hear how peers build great experiences across the customer journey.

IMPACT Europe will take place on Tuesday, 4 November at Convene 133 Houndsditch (133 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7DB, United Kingdom)

IMPACT attendees include merchants from around the globe representing the biggest names in apparel, beauty, digital services, food & beverage, hospitality, travel, and more. Key roles include digital, eCommerce, finance, fraud, operations, product and risk management.

Registration Information

With the Full Conference pass, you will get access to all sessions, networking opportunities, breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

 

When you register, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. If you did not receive or cannot locate the email, please contact [email protected].

When you register, you will be asked to include any dietary needs or restrictions you have. 

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by 11:59 PM (GMT) on Friday, 31 October 2025, to be eligible for a full refund, less a processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11:59 PM (GMT) on 1 November 2025.

Yes, you can transfer your Full Conference pass to another person within your organisation. Transfer request must be sent to [email protected]

Travel & Accommodations
