About IMPACT
Scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, in New York City, we’re pleased to announce the third annual IMPACT Conference as a venue for digital commerce leaders to connect, share best practices and hear how peers build great experiences across the customer journey.
Attendees represent merchants from around the globe in the apparel, beauty, digital services, food & beverage, hospitality and travel industries, and key roles including digital, eCommerce, finance, fraud, operations, product and risk management.
Who Should Apply
We encourage anyone who has knowledge and a unique perspective on what it takes to be successful in digital commerce to apply. We’re specifically looking for great stories related to fraud and abuse, payments, identity and customer experience.
All speakers must be on-site in New York on October 9 to deliver their presentation in person.

Submission Requirements
Speakers are selected based on their credentials and the strength of their abstract submission. Given how fast the world of digital commerce is moving, we’re also looking for speakers who can spark discussion by bringing a fresh perspective and/or a new way to solve an old problem.
Important things to note when submitting for IMPACT
- The submission deadline is Friday, May 10
- Merchant speakers will receive complimentary registration and subsidized travel
- All partner submissions must include a named merchant speaker
- Speakers must deliver their presentation in-person
- Possible formats:
- Mainstage (1-3 speakers, including at least 1 merchant)
- Breakout (1-2 speakers, including at least 1 merchant)
- Workshop (2-3 speakers, including at least 2 merchants)
- The format of the chosen submissions may be changed to include the proposed speaker and topic as part of a mainstage, breakout or workshop in combination with another chosen speaker
Advice For Your Submission
- Tailor your content to a digital commerce audience in one of the defined categories (fraud and abuse, payments, identity, customer experience)
- Provide educational context that focuses on problem-solving and best practices
- Specific examples of lessons learned, case studies and clear success metrics are always preferred
- Use a catchy title that reflects the proposed topic and will help attendees understand what they’ll learn and why they should attend
- Strictly no sales pitches
