Frost & Sullivan recently published the 2022 Frost Radar US eCommerce Fraud Prevention report, which benchmarks companies in the eCommerce fraud prevention market.

What’s new this year
The 2022 Frost Radar report outlines a strategic imperative regarding online commerce, describes the growth environment for the US eCommerce market, and provides strategic insights into fraud prevention. This year’s report does not include descriptions for the companies plotted. However, it does have a section on the significance of being on the Frost Radar.

How Forter ranked
In the report, Forter is recognized as “the clear leader” in the US and the global digital commerce fraud prevention markets. This is the second consecutive year Frost & Sullivan has recognized Forter as the leader in the US eCommerce fraud prevention market. Other companies in this market are Accertify, ACI Worldwide, Bolt Financial, Cybersource, FIS, FraudLabs Pro, Kount, Riskified, Sift, and Signifyd.

According to the report, Forter excels in a number of areas, including:

  • Ease of use: Forter consistently receives high ratings for its platform’s ease of use and easy integration. Forter features commerce platform plug-ins and works with issuing banks to improve conversion rates.
  • Holistic Approach: Forter offers a wide range of solutions for digital commerce businesses, including solutions for fraud prevention, policy abuse, account takeovers, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Speed: Forter’s platform includes a Decision Engine where 95% of decisions are made in a fraction of a second.

The report also notes that “identity-based decisions, first-party data sets, uncovered business model, enhanced business insights, lower cost structure and streamlined authentication have helped Forter convincingly maintain its overall market leadership position.”
